1. Agreement

By using Hub7Reviews you agree to these terms and to our privacy and cookie policies. If you disagree, stop using the site. We may update terms; the date above shows the current version.

2. Editorial nature — not an operator

Hub7Reviews is an independent editorial comparison site. We do not provide gambling facilities, accept stakes, hold player funds or issue licences. Casinos featured on our pages are separate businesses licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. Any contract for play is solely between you and that operator.

3. Eligibility

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Hub7Reviews against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms, except where a claim results from our own unlawful conduct.

14. Suspension

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe terms are breached, if security requires it, or if we discontinue the service. We are not obliged to keep archives of removed pages.

15. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply if you live elsewhere in the UK.

16. Severability

If a clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in force. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
